Wraith VS Wraith, is this fair?

I just wanna know from the peps if this by any means can be a huge game changer, in my eyes i think it's a huge game changer.

So regarding Wraiths Ultimate glitch, where she can deploy as many portals as she would like as long her phase ability is available. I personally don't use it since it basically breaks any situation by resetting/escaping and healing up.

A lot of people think it's not really a broken glitch, since i've been using wraith ever since launch, i can personally say from experience after trying it out first hand, i don't think any glitch can comprehend the benefit this glitch has.

Why am i making this thread?

As i wrote above, i personally don't use since it can easily benefit a perfect reset on any wraith player to heal up and get ready for combat again.

But heres what happened: So i was playing with my friends late night 02:?? Am CEST it was a 3v3 situation last squad was champions squad, i was on a 12 kill game, so was pretty hyped to get this win then sleep.

the dude has at least 4 thousand kills/headshots could not remember.

it was the start of Round 3, they started shooting up in the air to show their location, i respect that, no one wants to lurk around for minutes due to the zone still being huge,

we then meet up with the team, Wraith, Lifeline & Bangalore.

We were Wraith(Me), Pathfinder & Octane.

While fighting it out, we knocked two of them out and they knocked our Octane, so a 1v2 situation

Their wraith activated their Ultimate in order to escape and try and clutch it out by resetting, good plan, however, the way he's escaping is by using the portal exploit.

So what did i do? Out of being annoyed, i decided to use the exploit to in order to catch up with and finish him off.

Are we both in the wrong for using the exploit? Is he the one to blame for trying to use it in order to heal up and try again, or am i the one to blame for using it to catch up to him and kill him? 🙂

The team is aware of multiple portals and looking to address it. This is not working as intended and we do not recommend attempting it.

The fact that you're asking shows that you have a moral and ethical conscience. If you're striving to be a good sportsman, but find yourself tempted to use an exploit, then I guess you have to let your conscience be your guide. Ideally, nobody would cheat or use exploits, broken game 'mechanics' or seriously break the rules in any way. I think this is also the purpose of games which are a place to learn about these things, find out who we are and develop our character. But possibly because games are linked more strongly these days with pure entertainment, it's a lot easier for players to forget that they do have an obligation to fully engage with the games they play. Plus players have anonymity online and there aren't the same risks of being publicly humiliated as there might be if someone was caught misbehaving in a real life game or sport. I personally try to treat online games the same way I treat real life games and I have learnt a massive amount along the way in a long journey. 🤓

I can def agree on the purpose on treating virtual games as real life games, that's the same mindset as me, my sole purpose on this thread is to just figure, morely about, how people would see this if fks. people spectated me or the other player, and see our point of view on what happened.
Who doesn't wanna be a good sportsman 🙂 Always brings a good morale right before getting into a game, or giving your teammates good confidence in games,
even i was like after the game finished: it's just annoying that you sometimes ( you dont need to ) but for a 1squad vs 1squad situation, i guess if the other person uses the exploit in order to win, i would want it to be 50/50, thats why i kinda had that instant reaction mindset, to just use it and finish him off. normally i don't use it to my advantage, cause i respect my opponents and their playstyle, but trying to exploit, i guess it is kinda annoying and on a bad note on my part for using it too, but i really won't take a chance to lose cause of a exploit. 🙂

I want the moral high ground but one of the players in my squad uses the single most broken thing there is pathfinder kinda funny

Also add bhop into setting so everyone can use it or remove it, In training you didn't teach us how to bhop so why are people using it?
This is also an exploit especially when healing.
