Wrong Heirloom and No fix for almost 2 months??

Hello,I have had this problem with no fix for 2 months now and I feels its unfair that I buy something expensive on the game and receive something different that what I bought and there is no fix or support from

the Apex team,I bought the random heirloom event when it was out and opened my heirloom pack,I received wraiths normal heirloom,I don’t play wraith but its what I got,then when i tried equipping it it was gone,instead i had a different heirloom that was different from what i received,it was seers heirloom that i did not had before this incident please Apex fix this or give me a solution to this unfair problem

  • Try putting in a support ticket.  I am not sure why you think posting in apex forums will do anything.

  • Read ToS probably it is there basically saying that you own nothing, thanks for your cash, now off you go to buy more stuff or play to generate revenue / active player numbers that shareholders want to see.

    The rest -> EA support web -> enjoy being ignored for life after you spent days figuring out how to submit a ticket :D

    Forums - probably not in rules for such topics -> sooner or later mods will come and lock this :P

  • Hello,Almost 2 months ago there was the event for the random Heirloom event that granted you a random heirloom,I decided to test my luck and try to get renevants Heirloom,I bought all the packs and opened it,The animation and everything showed that I had received Wraiths Kunai, I don’t play wraith but its What i got and I did not make a big deal out of it,But when I tried equipping it,it was not on my Heirlooms,I thought it bugged and restarted the game but when I opened the game it showed the animation again but this time instead of wraiths it was seers heirloom, I find it unfair that the original Heirloom I received was changed and I tried contacting Apex support but no help or fix was given, they only solution was to report it here but I have posted a lot and there is no fix yet,Please Apex fix this or give me a sort of solutions to me or how to fix this,Please contact me or help me in any way ,Thank you

    I did put up a ticket but all They told me that the only way was to post this and if enough players had this problem,It would be fixed 

  • Faze_Huevito2​ Are you sure it was Wraith's Heirloom and not the recolor?

    Note: I cannot check your account myself or resolve the issue for you, I am simply asking to help get the issue reported and resolved.

    I would say something but I am 100% sure that would instantly qualify as "discussing moderation" and get me permabanned so I will just let this go :)

    Hello sorry for the late response but yes I am sure it was wraiths old heirloom since I could see the pose they give you with the heirloom and it was the white kunai
