Read ToS probably it is there basically saying that you own nothing, thanks for your cash, now off you go to buy more stuff or play to generate revenue / active player numbers that shareholders want to see.

The rest -> EA support web -> enjoy being ignored for life after you spent days figuring out how to submit a ticket :D

Forums - probably not in rules for such topics -> sooner or later mods will come and lock this :P
