after i tried appeal my ban 2 times, i felt frustrated, but since i see so many wrong ban in this forum, i think theres so much mistakes with the ToS.
i stopped playing apex June 2025 cause i have bad condition inside my body, yesterday i want to play again with my old friend, but how can it be possible my account got banned at August 2025?

When it comes to account actions that don't feel right, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums.
If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to gather what evidence you can and appeal again. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
