Fortunately, you don't need to prove anything when it comes to an appeal.
Appeals are just asking our Terms of Service team to take another look at the records and information on our end that led to the initial ban. The specifics of those details are typically not able to be shared as they would be useful to those looking to bypass our detection methods, so they would be able to give you a general reason but wouldn't provide specific program names, etc.
If the ToS team declines to remove a ban after multiple appeals however, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be changed here or through any other channels as they'll ultimately have the final say in the matter.
