@Xh4h4X If it was your first offense, then you should have been warned, or had a smaller ban. Usually they don’t just perms ban you immediately, I think this was a mistake, they should un ban you, once they see the proof you’ve displayed.

yea i have tried i dont know for sure if it is a perm ban because i did not get a email and ban history shows nothing but ban and no reason

    @Xh4h4X If there’s nothing in your ban history, it has to be labeled as a mistake, because they didn’t notify you.

    there is something in my ban history but theres no reason theres a pic at the top but no email about my ban if contacted them 3 times so far and just keep getting the same response pretty much after showing them the clip of me stuck

    @Xh4h4X We just need an EA member to respond to this, they usually help a bit with this kind of stuff.
