I would weirdly prefer locking bouncing when looting. It most of all looks absolutely stupid, and then, yes, if you are looting you should be vulnerable and stationary.

Last time you went into a drawer, did you do squats while you were getting out your things?

  You know what? If you DO do squats when you open drawers, I would totally allow you to loot bounce. But only if :D
