I said quitting in BR, Not talking about other modes. Not irrational, they could bring back if you aren't brought back in time you're out and you could quit freely. Other than that, It's been seven years, I'm tired of crybaby quitters.
They've done everything to insentavise not quitting. As stated before, if you quit because you don't get your way, don't play BR. Quitting ruins the game because every BR game at least one player quits. I love the game but now when you playing you remember why you hate it also.
Talking to Reconzero is like talking to a wall, you say something is bad they will justify why it is not bad, you say something is good and they will just justify why it is not good.
Person will reply to anything and justify quitting for any reason too. You will see this person on just about every post on here.

I have never played any game in my (long) life that punished quitting in an unranked mode. So there's that. But let's say, for the sake of argument, that we get a quit penalty in trios. So where then is a player supposed to go for a casual or risk-free gaming experience? If you want my opinion, and I KNOW YOU DO, then I would have said that mixtape would be the best place to allow people to come and go as they please. Regardless, let's have quit penalties everywhere for everyone. An obvious aimbotter shoots you down, and you'd rather not give him a second chance? Too bad. Penalty. Matchmaking can't seem to get it together to give you a third squadmate and you'd rather re-queue than face certain death short-handed? Too bad. Penalty. Your random teammates drop hot, die quickly, rage at you over the mic because you were lucky enough (or smart enough) to not get killed, but now you'd like to abandon the idiots and get on with your life? Too bad. Penalty.
Sorry. But if you want a no-quitting environment in this game then you already have that. Go play ranked. Or at least take the time to explain to me why you don't want to play ranked.
