Looks like most people think it could be cheating or something with server side issue.
Maybe the players just have good recoil control? I know when I use a R301 I manage to minimize recoild to the point of lasering others in the head thus making it easier to use other certain weapons but guns like R99 are difficult for me but still manage to bring the recoil down a bit at close range.
@iBlockHeadI remember a moment before they fixed the interpolation a few months ago. I was watching my random teammate, who was apparently aiming 1-2m in front of the very close enemies, but hitting them hard. Also, he often seemed to stop firing way too early, running around enemies who were still on their feet and fighting back but, seconds later, his targets were dropping all of a sudden. I honestly thought he was using some weird hack, until I noticed him apparently grappling the sky but catching a building nearby, but still far from his crosshair. From time to time, there was a bit of stuttering, like he had a very high ping, but his movement was also weirdly smooth, no sudden turns, no flicks. It looked like a very uncommon mix of excellent movement and great decision making, but very slow reactions, awful aim, all forgiven though by an apparently extremely permissive lag compensation.
Since then, I spectate with doubt in my mind. I wouldn't be surprised if 50% of the reported cheaters turn out to be false positives.
