I am confused a bit here and just asking, so what about when they are playing on lan? How they are able to run macros there?
And what about console pros? Is it aim assist?
There is plenty of ways to cheats even on Lan tournaments.

Did you think this was his first tournament that he was cheating? Fliusha was cheating for sure as well. And many more, and this in CS:GO.
Using macro/script is way easier and harder to detect.
