Account Invalid
i deactivated it uninstalled it restarted my connection and xbox and all im trying to figure out how i can back to gaming this is a horrible problem please someone help

When you have a chance can you try something for me to see if it helps?
Go to the Origin website and log into your EA Account there. Mouse over your avatar down at the bottom, then click on EA Account and Billing. When you get to the account management page click on the About Me tab. Scroll down a bit and you should see your connected PSN and Xbox accounts. Click on the Revoke Access button next to these accounts. This won't actually unlink the accounts, but the next time you start up Apex Legends it should ask you to log into your EA Account in-game.
Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after you log into your EA Account in Apex Legends. Thanks again.

@EA_Kent So I'm still having the same problem. I submitted a report about it and they said that my account wasn't connected.I did what she told me to do but it says that either my EA account or my xbox live account was ineligible and Im still not sure what to do. I looked at this thread and I looked through it to see if it would work but when I scrolled down it said I had no connection. My xbox live account is still running and I have a active EA account. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I realised my EA Account was not linked to the Xbox Live account, so i went to log out of my EA account and log back in Via the Xbox Live method.
This came up with a message stating my Account was Ineligible.
(Attached Photo below showing what the prompt is)Is there something I must do to fix this?
Or is there another method i can take to link both accounts together?Thanks for any and All help.

What do you see if you try logging into an EA game with that Xbox Live account? Does it prompt you to log in and link it up with an EA Account?

I use an Xbox.
When I try to boot up apex legends and press 'continue'. It brings up a menu stating "This account is invalid. Please visit help.ea.com for more information".
That brought me to this thread where I found out i needed to connect me EA/Origin account to my xbox. But when I try to connect them, it pops up with the message as shown in the previous post.
It worked!!!!!!!
iv tried your steps and it dont even show my xbox account on there and when i try to log into my ea account via the xbox login button it say im ineligable to log in

Hey @narutoisepic9,
When you have a chance can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps at all? In some cases setting a new account password can help with the error messages you've been seeing.

If you're still having trouble logging into the game afterward I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can bring up your account and take a look. You can find more info on how to create a case with them at the EA Help site.
