Account Link Problem

I tried to link my EA Account with my Steam Account, but it says it's linked to another account. But On my EA Account, it says that nothing is linked.

    @kia_zazaTH,

    The reason you're getting errors is that an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of account in its lifetime. If you look at our unlinking article:

    When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

    You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

    That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    You can try reaching out to our live support team to see if they can help you out if it wasn't your Steam account.

    EA_QueenBee You guys are redirecting to a live support team that doesn't even exist? You realize the chat function is not even there anymore? I am having this issue too but with linking my Xbox account, making it impossible to use EA Play titles from Xbox app. In "Connections" in my EA account settings, it is not showing that any Xbox account is linked, but when I go to link it, I get an error saying it's already linked to a "f8*****@disabled.ea.com" No idea where to go from here.

    I'm facing the same issue now, someone elses account is linked to my Steam account and i can't connect my EA account with it now, I just bought BF1 and BF5 and i cant play it now because of this. And the live chat or chat with us option is not even available in the EA account help page.  Need help with this guys EA_QueenBee​

    i have the same problem :( my EA account got linked to my friend's steam account, and he doesn't even play. i unlinked it, but it still shows those messages saying there's a linked account. i just wanted to play the sims, and support didn't even help me. should i create a new EA account? this is so annoying
