Account not awarded cosmetic

Hi, I am way over the tracker reward spot of 3,500 in the anniversary prize tracker at 4,600 but the castle defender banner frame still doesn't show up in frames no matter what legend I go to. Was really excited to actually have fun in the event but can't even get the rewards I earned. Bought event just to not even get the free banner I wanted so bad.
