Code:Leaf, profile is not permitted to play online

Ive been waiting for this to be patched for about 3 years and nothing, Ive tried updating, formatting my drives resetting my pc, new ip with a vpn, reinstalling on steam and ea, playing on xbox switching between dx12 and dx11 more times than I can count and nothing works bro I cant take it anymore 1000 dollars spent on this game and I cant even play it.
