I’m stuck on 4K points and the Newcastle skin is unclaimed, I’ve completed two days worth of challenges with it not progressing. I should have finished the prize tracker by now. Went through support and I was told to post here. Hope someone can help me :)

I had 3700 points and you get the anniversary pack at 3000 but i have not received the pack
Mine is stuck at 4500 :) do they have any plans to fix this... also its still not giving me the tracker art, the trackers i wanted...
The same thing is happening to me.
I would like the management to respond quickly.
I have encountered a similar bug and my points have not increased since 4500 points. I hope you will take immediate action as there is only a short event period left. A reboot and a file integrity check from Steam have been attempted.
