Account recovery

Psn Pr0_NubZ is linked to an old email that I do not know the name of.  Just wanna play some apex and says acc is invalid. Need to jave the email swapped to [edit: email address removed]

Unsure how to make an appeal. I only have my phone and can do most things with it.

    Have tried multiple times to the point its getting old. I click on the link and it tells me no channels  are available. There is nowhere for me to write any type of written statement out to even try and explain whats on. The 2 employees I did get in touch with michael was a slight help to get the situation. Nic did nothing to help me but tried to usher me to the door any chance he got.

     

    Is this how my apex career ends? Ive been trying to have my account fixed for days now since 4/19/2020

    Is there an admin that can assist with this situation? I cant even get in touch with anyone technical.

    My fault for putting in a whackjob email not thinking it mattered. But on the other hand EA customer service is awful. 

    Id bet money that the email linked to my apex acc that needs to be validated was not even verified in the first place.

      Same honestly I used an email and wish to use a different one I just want to transfer data to my new ps4

        almost the same here 

        i just have to verrify my account but is an old email 

        filled out 3 forms and all closed without reason
