Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

EA/Respawn NEED to add some other form of contact so that people who slip through the cracks like us can get a fair chance at resolving the issue. It's ridiculous that they don't seem to care at all about peoples accounts that have essentially been deleted overnight for no reason other than their own mistake. It's incredibly frustrating that we can't hold them accountable in anyway.
