afterter update at december , adaptive resolution FPS target does not work . Why ?

Same issue here. Dell Latitude laptop with NVIDIA Quadro P600 and latest Geforce Experience drivers (441.28). Adaptive resolution was working before the Dec. 3rd update, but not anymore.
