Hey @Ogplayer2468,
Did you previously play on a different platform before linking your Switch?
If so, keep in mind there is no cross-progression currently, so any progress or unlocks you've made on a separate platform would still be available there but would not carry over to the Switch. I don't know how busy you are, so don't know if you can help me BUT I have the same problem here. The contact help page only gives one option, which is to go to the Answers HQ page here. I I already tried relinking my PSN account back to my other EA account, but it did nothing sadly. Is there anything that can be done? I was sure relinking it would fix the problem as it has for most people, but I guess not. (By chance i relinked it to the wrong account? Don't think that is the issue though.)
