Anyone getting the same random stutter ingame?W/ frametime graph (3080)

It's always the same stutter with the same pattern (It looks like 3 quick frametime spikes ingame and 1 stutter in MSI hardware monitor) its how I recognize it every time.Happens once/twice ran...

no one knows anything, no one can help, the support in this game is a mockery, the developers promise to fix the problem and do nothing about it ... they add skins, maps and the game is still unplayable for most people, best regards.
