Course EA won't respond to you they never do, they never help they don't do anything. I'm sorry, but EA has the worst forum moderators, and devs that never reach out to the community. I'm also curious about this. I've never redeemed any code, but the ones i've tried all say that i've already redeemed and I've never input any codes ever.
