Apex crash after choosing a hero!!!

I can't play for 7 days now. I tried many variants, I also deleted daemon tools. I reinstalled the game, repaired it several times and I keep getting to this situation!!! I start the game no problem, and I collect a hero again no problem. But when I jump out of the plane with the group, my screen freezes and crashes completely. !!!! Please help, I don't know what to do, I've already run out of variants!?!?!?
