tabs not working currency loading

i can’t access any tabs on apex my currency is loading and my battle pass THAT I PAID FOR isn’t tracking any progression. i have deleted the game and reinstalled 2 times restored licenses .

I can play the game and upgrade normally, but I cannot receive upgrade rewards and my pass progress has not changed. And I am unable to use currency, change skins, and he prompts me that there is a server error
