My Apex account has been reset to level 1 after the ban is lifted.

Hello,I played Apex Legends on Steam, but I found that my account was banned when I logged in to Steam on December 11, 2024, and then I communicated with EA.Help to unblock it, I found that I needed to link it with my EA account when I logged in to Steam, and after linking, I logged in to the game and found that the account content was reset to level 1, and the content of the previous pass was gone, I am helpless, I really need your help :(

    Hey zK4airll,

No need to provide any passwords, please keep that type of information private and secure!

In this case, you mentioned logging in last December to find a ban, and that you had to link your Steam to an EA account before continuing.

It looks like you may have created a new account to link this with rather than using an older account, as the EA account you're posting with now is fairly new. If you linked another platform to a different EA account, the progress would not transfer with it.

Instead, you would need to figure out which account your Steam was linked to before this and re-link to that account to try recovering access to any missing content.

So first I have to appeal the ban, and then I have to talk to EA customer service about the ban, right?

zK4airll  What EA_Mako is meaning, is that the EA Account you're currently logged into to post on this thread is not the same EA Account that you had played on previously.

You would need to log into the original EA Account and re-link your Steam Account to it to try to recover access to the missing content.

Note: Your Apex Legends progress is tied to your EA Account, (not your Steam Account).

If your Steam Account is linked to the correct EA Account, it may be that you had been banned prior to Cross Progression, (seeing as your Steam achievements were from May, 2021).

If you were banned prior to Cross Progression, (which started to roll out on October 31st, 2023), the banned account's progress would of been excluded from Cross-Progression.

I think I can understand what you mean.So can I tell that my Apex ban may be related to the theft of Steam, since I clearly remember playing Apex Legends after October 31, 2023, and there is no change in account level and progress, can I use this as evidence for my ban appeal? I have filed an appeal against EA.help regarding the individual's original EA account ban and my case has not yet been updated.Thank you for your reply and help, much appreciated😔

Even though Cross Progression came out on October 31st, 2023, it was rolled out in waves, (hitting some accounts in early 2024).

Unfortunately, I cannot advise what to say, (or not to say), to the EA TOS Team regarding any ban.

From what you had wrote in the title, you had said that the ban was already lifted, (and if the ban is applied to someone else's account, they would have to be the one to appeal to the EA TOS Team).
