@Tradables I have tried almost all of those already and had no luck. Have been going back and forth with the EA support team all day.

Do me a favor and close apex if its open.
Restart your pc
Go to: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Saved Games\Respawn and delete the apex folder and reload apex.

- @jkr63 it may be a repeat of annoying circumstances but what platform are you playing apex on?
Go ahead and fully uninstall everything relating to apex. All folders, everything.
Then try the other platform origin or steam. Which ever you weren't using. And see what happens- @Tradables I was using origin, will try steam now
