Apex extreme lag and freezing

So after the new season 10 update my game has been unplayable. When I get in game it freezes every second and it shows 300+ ping spikes. I tried many troubleshooting techniques and none seem to work. I also contacted multiple live chat advisors and I only figured out the problem. After doing the uo trace report there seems to be a masked IP causing 100% packet loss. They told me to call my isp and my isp fully reset my router and still nothing. Does anyone know another fix for the masked IP thing that I can do myself. and the stuff I tried to fix it: installed games both on steam and origin,  ran fix game files,  changed servers and between ssd and hdd, tried wired and wireless connection and I ran clean and safe reboots. nothing worked. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Most of the time when having network issues I have seen its outside of the users but also not our servers. Between those two points your network hits a lot of different servers that forward your data. If one of them have issues you will see it in game and experience laga or data loss.

    Its not something we can help with and something you need to poke your ISP about, something on your network routing is hitting a bad server.

    Well then thank you for the suggestion but my isp wont come to fix that since its only affecting apex and the internet itself is working. But thank you anyways
