Apex in game voice chat not working

It used to be when we had 3 players with mics, that two people in the game would have trouble hearing each other, the voices would be very distorted. Now it doesnt matter if its 2 or 3 people in the ...

my in game chat does not work at all now. it used to be everything worked, then a couple of times i couldnt hear one person or they couldnt hear me. now in a 3 person party no one can hear anyone in game, but if we make a party in xbox we can talk.

Hey @akgriffin.

Is this only the case if you're grouped up with a squad? If you queue up and play with randoms does it still not work there either?

this was with my group or randoms. im on a xbox. i did a reset and it started working. its like the audio just needed a hard reboot to start working again.

  Do you mean System > Console info > Reset console and Keep my Games & Apps?
