We are aware of a few datacenters displaying a -1 ping and being unavailable, including the London datacenter.
I don't have an ETA at this time, but the team is working on getting this fixed up. Thanks for hanging in there and making sure we were aware of the issue!
please hurry up with that and can you put next years algs money into some 2023 severs thanks from everyone that ant a pro 🤣

Do you have any staff to fix the issue been 3 weeks now ,, you would think not bothering to fix the issue.

We don't have any updates to share on this currently, but both the London and Sydney datacenters being unavailable is still under investigation.

thanks for your continued patience reallly ??? lol .... like i put money into this game.. .. and yet you cant be bothered to fix it.. quite honestly its becoming irritable now. as my fellow players have said we die instantly...
if ea paid for a service from a contractor would you accept below standard output ?? i think not you would get it sorted..
its been a week now no news from ea time to uninstal this game as developers dont care what we say ☹️
Well we had Devs that cared and made The game but they Are long gone
Still no fix it’s been over 2 weeks playing on Amsterdam or Belgium servers with 70/80 ping and horrible lag spikes over 400m/s like what is going on I just want to play a game on my normal London servers it’s unplayable, for a game this big I’d think this would be very high on their radar

THEY JUST DONT CARE is the answer :D.... they see us as the suckers for playing and paying... as long as they get the money and keep the "pro" players happy we are insignificant
