We have seen the posts and various reports of progress being reset in Apex and have escalated the issue up to the game team to be looked into further.
Just to make sure we have as much information as possible to get this issue resolved, please provide the following information if you haven't already done so.

Hey all, this appears to be fixed now, please log in and you should see your progress again.
Marking as solved to increase visibility, as we're seeing some players still reporting this issue, but who have not logged in since before the fix was rolled out.
