My game gets dropped to 10 FPS

I am facing an issue where my game FPS drops to 10 and won't get back to normal unless I restart my PC. I don't know what caused this issue; it happened without changing my game settings or anything on my PC. Has anyone faced this issue and gotten a solution?

Even after restarting my PC, the issue comes back again after playing a few games.

I have faced the same issue. I get low fps on a card that normally runs between 50-70 then once i go to lobby and try requeue to the next match, it crashes on the player select screen.
