What happens when the bug occurs? lost all level progress, i was over level 190 i also lost all my battle pass progress, my rank isn't there was in gold 2
What should be happening instead? i should have my level, my rank and my battle pass progression
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? my PSN is SheTheQueen__ and my ea account is Shyy2016 which was my old psn name after i had changed it
i logged onto apex this afternoon getting ready to play ranked per usual. i noticed it telling me i bought ascension packs from previous purchases, following that it told me i needed to complete the tutorial stating i was level 1, and level 2 in the battlepass.
