I was playing a game of trios fine but in the middle of requeuing the game froze. I restarted the game and when connecting I got a pop up that states that my account is not permitted to play online. Any help to this?

same on ps5. literally playing just fine an hour ago and now it doesn’t work. tried restarting my PS, the game, my wifi, and even deleted/re-installed the game. nothing is working…
Debating just copy pasting the exact same post so it get some attention since it happened to me too. I tried everything and watched some videos nothing fixed it. On PC.
game was working fine just now, game froze i restart, and now i just keep getting unable to connect to ea server, my internet is fine i tried every single solution there is and nothing seems to work.
Was playing for about 30 mintues before it wasn’t loading into a match so I quit the game and restarted it and now it says I’m not permitted to play online?? I restarted everything, tried different servers and it’s still not working?? It’s bull**bleep**
