APEX cannot be launched on Nintendo Switch child account

When I start APEX on the Switch, it says that the parent needs to authenticate the account, so I go to Start Authentication and enter the parent's email address, but I can't enter anything, let alone do anything. Please tell me how to solve this.
I've been able to start it up until now, but when I tried to start it up for the first time in a while, this happened.
It seems that many other people are having the same problem.
If it's a system problem, I hope they fix it as soon as possible.
