It improved but only slightly in some areas, for example the homepage and when my character drops from the drop ship but the game itself, still lags.
I honestly think the fault lies with the EA server and it’s something that EA themselves need to resolve by the looks of it and judging by everyone’s comments as I have no problem playing non EA games, no lag at all with them.

Community ManagerLet me explain something about this game the servers are trash and not region locking them makes them 10x worse. This game is not fully optimized for all internet connections, some people can stand in between two shooters and not take any damage due to the terrible tic-rate of the game, Ping doesn’t matter on Apex as it’s a shooter first game, meaning no matter what if you shot at someone that is 200ms ping and you’re 30ms ping you will always connect to them unless the server drops packets or the delay response to the server causes no regs, simple solution lag more pick a higher ping server
