Apex Legends - Refund Request due to Stuttering on Xbox One(fat & Slim)

Good afternoon team, Does anybody know where can I request a refund of Apex coins on my Xbox account? In recently spent 950 Apex coins by purchasing the battle pass but the game is still unplayable...

@EA_Atic I see just to clarify im not requesting a monetary refund. I just want the digital currency back to my game account and the removal of the season pass that i won't be using due to the current technical issues that the game has
