Apex Legends Api

Recently I have been trying to make a robot that can query player data, but it seems that since 2019, the official API has not been opened to the public.

However, websites such as tracker.gg have permission to use such APIs. Does this mean that companies or teams may be eligible to apply for API permissions from EA?
