Apex Legends Banned Account

Hi Guys, I need help, EA Case didn't solved my problem but maybe here you guys can help me ☹️ 

 I have been playing Apex Legends from the first day and the beginning of the game, and I am a respectful and paying player of the game, I had so much bought content on the game, skins, and packs, etc. But last year my twin brother used an aim bot hack on my account (not on purpose my account was signed in on his PC and he didn't notice), so unfortunately my account have been banned from the game, so I want to come back to the game as a lover player of the Apex Legends. So is there anyone can remove my ban,  so I can play on my fully grinded account again?
As EA Support team I hope you can understand my unfortunate condition, It will never ever be repeated again on this account.
