Apex Legends Black Screen

Black Screen problem

After i start the game shows the RESPAWN and EA ... loading logo shows up ... and after nothing just black screen and the music.
But when i hit the CTRL+ALT+DEL , and go back to the game , it shows me just like a screenshot from the menu.

I just updated my drivers and still have the same problem. What can i do???

AMD RYZEN 5 2600 + SAPPHIRE RX590 + 16 GB RAM + WINDOWS 10

Started game in borderless windowed, from there changed resolution to 1920x1080 and it worked. No black screen

The thing is when i try this it does nothing and I havnt been able to change it or get into a menu screen for a week now

I know this is old, but for me, I had to turn off my monitors amd freesync. The way you can tell if that's the issue is to try to open your monitors settings menu via the buttons on the back. If it doesn't display, close apex, and turn freesync off.

I also have this problem and nothing will help and i already uninstalled it snd reinstalled it and tried everything on the internet and nothing works.i dont know if i have the same issue but when i startup apex legends and click start to go in to the main menu my screen goes black and it disconnects my displayport.
