Apex Legends Can't Get My Saved Data

Hey everyone, I've only had this problem after the latest update but whenever I launch apex legends on my srchocolatebear account it doesn't sync my saved data but instead gives me an error message. ...

yeah I have found a solution to it. I had to delete my saved data from everywhere then re-launch the game and watch the intro all the way through and it logged me straight into the game. This has helped several people that came to me for advice.

I have found a similar issue described here, where the solution for that problem was identified. You didn't specify what troubleshooting steps you have already done, but have you tried changing data center location?
