im just as confused as you are because if im correct my D: drive is my Samsung Evo 970 SSD. however it doesn't read that way like the other ones do. I went to device manager to update it from their and i used automatic, it said i have the best driver already installed.
I gave it a couple of shots yesterday, and noticed that I didn't crash as fast when I was playing in native resolution on borderless Fullscreen. however input lag and frame drops for borderless are not even an option. I refuse to play on it. nothing crazy like a fix, but I got like 10 mins of playtime before it crashes. 16:10 1680x1050 is my typical res i use. I like 1440x1080 but that makes tabbing in and out hard so I manage with 16:10. 16:10 crashes more often than 16:9. I just thought id bring this to light as well. I have the NVidia control panel set for Fullscreen size and position with an override over all programs and games. in a custom stretched 1440x1080 or 1600x1080 Resolution.
