Apex legends keeps crashing/closing mid game happened to me twice, also got a error code crash once and 2 times my whole pc crashed. So my game crashed 5 times and im only lvl 10.
Never have any problems running any other game either, i restarted a couple of times updated to a new driver also tried running the game with only 1 monitor on and in windowed fullscreen which might of helped, because the first 2 times it crashed it was my whole pc. Please help me to fix it or prefent it from crashing or closing on me.🙂

Same, spoke to support yesterday and sent them my information. According to the person I spoke to all my information was correct, I should be playing the game flawlessly. It's a clientside error. Its not any of our computers fault. It's the game.

Trying that right now, last 4 matches I got 4 crashes, simply unplayable. Ill be right back after some more matches to reply to this.

Lowered all my settings to the minimum possible and it still crashed. Every single game for the last 5 matches.

I have the same problem, tried to lower power limit by 25%, upgrade windows driver, reinstall nvidia drivers, tried an older driver, change setting both high and low... Nothing seems to work, keep crashing randomly, my teammate games also closes down when i crashes but apex doesnt close down for them.

Yeah it happens about every third game for me. I'll probably wait until it's fixed to keep playing. I feel bad "leaving" a third of the people that get stuck with me lol.
I noticed that even though I have 8GB of vram on my RX580, the game has a warning message saying something about my streaming rate is set too high. The warning stays there unless I set it to 0. Haven't tried playing the game with it set to 0 though.- 7 years ago
i feel like its something to do with RX580s, I have one and it does the same.

I also have an RX580 and it crashes without reason as well.

still a problem almost a week later. the next big game has one of the most unplayable bugs and they apparently can't figure out how to solve it. Needless to say, probably won't return for a couple weeks.

I have had this exact same issue. I have an RTX 2080 so I almost wonder if it's a software issue on the game's side or NVIDIA's side where RTX cards are not compatible with the game. I have tried all the fixes from EA support but none of them have worked. I keep getting engine errors after I crash that say my graphics card was potentially unplugged. Hopefully, this gets fixed very soon.

rx 580 8gb - 7 years agoYou should me more specific on what's your system and what's happening.
"But you're a shintel that doesn't know anything"
Well, my Ryzen 7 and RX580 runs fine, while streaming, so it's not like the problem is with AMD brand only.- 7 years ago
I also use AMD . lmao but im using a RX 580 and the game runs fine aswell. I also stream. The probelm Im having is random crashing, and unfortunely the crashes havent stopped. That's what I was trying to get across so the devs could know the crashes are continuing for AMD users. That is all
