When you have the chance would you be able to post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.

@EA_Kent The DxDiag will just show you the installed devices, their specifications, along with a lot of other information I don't want publicly shared - which won't solve the problem that the game won't recognize any default sound device I set, regardless of if its an inbound microphone using an audio interface, a bluetooth headset, or a usb webcam mic.
