EA Staff (Retired)Sorry for the late reply, sadly I have no good news and it tends to not get any better. I've done all things stated from above and nothing has changed I even went as far as to see if I've been having issues with CPU and tested it on cinabench and nothing came up wrong all cores were even and solid, I'm going to test my GPU and see if that's the issue.
Games have I've been having a hard time with is Apex, Dead by daylight, Fortnite, GTA4, and now paladins.
I am unsure as to what is causing this because GTA4 and Paladins use a different type of cheat software (well I'm not sure about gta4)
one time I decided to download Paladins just to play some games I haven't played in a while. after that, on day one of redownload, it worked perfectly fine, and now I can't even launch the game just like all the other games stated. Every time I start these games my pc blackouts and crashes and reboots, sometimes on Origin or Steam the game would end up missing or say it's not installed so I have to find the game for it and verify the game files again.
My CPU temps stay at 85 Max under heavy load like cinabench, so I'm sure CPU heat isn't a problem I will try to test my GPU after this update.
so according to user benchmark I'm unsure about these results, I have never seen anything like this before on my old pc and unsure how to move forward as it seems it is not recognizing my GPU
