Apex Legends Level Reset & Server Maintenance [FIXED]

My lvl reset after the update what going on?

Stats reset on apex !!!! i want refund my money !

Happenned to me on xbox one.... after downloading the update, logged in to a refund of my 1000 gold pieces and a reset to lvl 1 and BP lvl 1. Also lost caustic, mirage and everything i had...

Me too I was on xbox one version of apex legends I'd just got to 100 plus killers with lifeline and was level 70+ when  I left the game to get my tea I came back on it and the game had reset my stats to level one and now I am bloody angry as all my character that I had unlocked are noe relocked all my camps are now relocked the whole lot is gone

I had level 76, i just played the game and after a few Bugs i restarted the game and now im Level 1 and ALL my Skins and rewards disappeared!!!! I cant even just Play, i have to start with Training!?! Wtf PLEASE HELPPPPPPP  

Same here, just got an update and everything is back to zero, i got all the Apex coins , starter, founders around 8600 that i bought earlier!

well i was level 50+ aswell and now i got back to level 1..

What happens when the bug occurs? ALL progress on your account gets reset to level 1 no skins zero kills nothing.
What should be happening instead? Fixing my account up to the level it was all the killcounts my skins everything.
