Apex Packet Loss when playing with friends

hey so ive been getting about 0/30 packet loss when playing in a party in apex. when im solo q i dont recieve any packet loss. swapping data centres seems to make a difference for about a game but i dont know how reliable that is. i have only just started having this issue since this most recent update. im on sydney servers.
