Apex legends not loading xbox one

Need some help my friends. Apex legends on xbox my son's game doesn't load, on the loading screen you press A then it starts to spin then freezes. Any help with this issue is much appreciated. P.s have uninstalled and installed game, still the same.

    Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Let me know what happens.

    Hi there, @Only1ChasinDotz.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I’m haveing this same problem and did everything you said in your reply but nothing has worked I have restarted everything and uninstalled twice and reinstalled and still stuck in continuous spinning loading screen after I try to sign in on main menu.

    In the bottom eft hand corner of the menu screen there is also text saying data center: 0%

    It doesn’t work, I can’t do anything. It throws out an error code that isn’t on Xbox support
