I had graphic issues when I upgraded to a 3070 back in November. I Tried everything could not fix it. Found out that the 3070 came faulty from the manufacturer. I sent it to them they confirmed with bench mark tests that it was indeed a faulty card and sent a new one (just had to pay shipping). You can do bench mark tests for the GPU yourself and determine if the card is bad. I am sure you still have a warranty just return it to the vendor for a refund or a new card.
Which benchmark did you try?
- @LightningGodZeus I have the same problem, in every other game I reach maximum FPS and in FurMark Benchmark I also cut off with 190FPS, also used the 3070? Have you found a solution so far?
