But it looks like the issue is with Nvidia drivers and LLM. When I restricted number of frames in RTSS to 138 it all went back to normal and smooth.

@PsyhiX69 i have exactly the same problem !!! so i just need to lower rtss to 138 from 141 to get it smooth again? i dont mind losing 2 or 3 fps , i just realy what a smooth experience with no microstutter
