Apex Legends Unable to Connect

I was playing a game of trios fine but in the middle of requeuing the game froze. I restarted the game and when connecting I got a pop up that states that my account is not permitted to play online. ...

It’s telling me I lost connection to Xbox live and ea servers after telling me my profile isn’t permitted to play online

I’ve restarted my console and WiFi multiple times and watched videos, nothing seems to help, they also haven’t released any update on Twitter about anything going on
