I also have a 6600k and 1070, although my game is saved on a 7200RPM HDD. I thought initially it might be due to streaming issues with getting uncompressed audio off the HDD, but since you have an SSD and are experiencing the exact same problem I think I can rule that out. I also have the same issue with Titanfall 2, albeit not as pronounced. I tried updating my graphics drivers and now the game refuses to go into fullscreen mode, it remains windowed. Do you notice black flickering on the map as you're skydiving in?

Yeah, I'm also experiencing the black flickering. Yesterday I played again and when there where firefights with enemys, the game wouldn't even accept mouse input correctly. Probably because the CPU was overloaded. Even had a few crashes, which didn't happen before. Guess I will hold of playing until there is a solution.
